January 18, 2023

January 18, 2023 My schedule for Jan. 23-27: T, W (AM), Th – St. Martin; M, W (PM), F – St. Al’s

To our St. Martin of Tours School Families:

Here is a list of some upcoming activities here at school:

Thursday, January 19 – Mass, 8:00am
FriDey, January 20 – Who Dey FriDey! (wear your Orange/Black or Bengals gear – uniform bottoms)
Sunday, January 22 – Open House, 12:30pm-2:00pm
Thursday, January 26 – Mass, 8:00am
Sunday, January 29 – Friday, February 3 – Catholic Schools Week

Starting this month, we begin to look at preparing for the 2023-2024 school year. In that respect, enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year will begin for Kindergarten and our current families in February! We reserve February for our current families to enroll so we can ensure there is space for any new students who wish to enroll. Enrollment packets
are being prepared and will be sent home soon!

This Sunday, January 22, we will have our Open House from 12:30pm-2:00pm for any family who wishes to come to see our wonderful school and get enrollment information. If you know of any family who has an incoming Kindergartner or other children and they are looking for a school for the 2023-2024 school year, this is a perfect time for them to come and see what St. Martin of Tours has to offer! We will have tour guides on hand that can walk any new families around and school staff will be on hand to answer any questions. You can pass on the school phone number to anyone – 513-
661-7609 – and folks are welcome to call us and get more information.

Mrs. Lowe is asking that our 8th graders who have been accepted to any of our Catholic High Schools to please send us a copy of your acceptance letter and let us know where you plan to attend. I know there are acceptance nights coming up in the near future at all of the schools for you to attend and finalize your acceptance. If you are still having any issues, please contact us so we can help you with this process!

Catholic Schools Week will be celebrated during the week of January 29-February 3. There is a lot planned here at school and we look forward to celebrating St. Martin of Tours! A schedule of events/theme days is posted on Option C, is attached to this email, and will be sent home to you next week.

Thank you for all you do!

Sincerely,

Mr. Jason Fightmaster

Principal

St. Martin of Tours School/St. Aloysius Gonzaga School
