Parent Letter -April 19, 2023

April 19, 2023

My schedule for April 24 – April 28: M (AM), T, W (PM), T – St. Al’s; M (PM), W (AM), F – St. Martins

To our St. Martin of Tours School Families:

Here is a list of some upcoming activities here at school:

Thursday, April 20 – Mass, 8:00am
Thursday, April 27 – Mass, 8:00am
Friday, April 28 – PTO $1 Out of Uniform

I sincerely hope that you all had a very blessed and happy Easter and a great spring break. It is hard to believe, but we are only 5 short weeks away from our 8th graders’ last day, a couple of days longer until graduation, and then a few more days until we are all out for the summer! Please make sure to encourage your child/children to keep trying their best and to finish out the 2022-2023 school year on a positive note!

Thank you all for your generous donations from our Out of Uniform Day to raise money for the family of Jayden Jordan. While the final amount will not be disclosed, please know that your generosity was/is a great help to them. The other schools in our Family of Parishes participated as well and, as a group, we came together and were able to give a lot of assistance to Jayden’s family. THANK YOU!

As you all know, enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year is well underway. If you are planning to return next year, we need you to turn in your paperwork ASAP! Our enrollment numbers determine class sizes and staffing for the following year and those decisions need to be made in the very near future. If you need enrollment paperwork, please call the office at 513-661-7609 and we can send the forms home to you. This is very important and we need any paperwork turned in immediately!

The Scholastic BOGO Book Fair will begin on Monday, April 24th and run through the 28th. This is the Buy 1, Get 1 Free Book Fair. If you would like to set up an eWallet for your child(ren) you can do so here:https://www.scholastic.com/bf/stmartinoftoursschool3. Ewallets are highly recommended and are easy to set up. Instructions for ewallets and information on the BOGO Fair will go home Wednesday. Note: The Book Fair does collect tax and you can add/replenish funds to your children's ewallet at any time. They do not need cash or a printout if you take advantage of the ewallet – it is all electronic and I will see their funds immediately. Questions: aceja@saintmartin.org

Thank you for all you do!

Sincerely,

Mr. Jason Fightmaster

Principal

St. Martin of Tours School/St. Aloysius Gonzaga School
