As you all know, enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year is well underway. If you are planning to return next year, we need you to turn in your paperwork ASAP! Our enrollment numbers determine class sizes and staffing for the following year and those decisions need to be made in the very near future. If you need enrollment paperwork, please call the office at 513-661-7609 and we can send the forms home to you. This is very important and we need any paperwork turned in immediately. Also, if you know any families that are looking for a wonderful school for the 2023- 2024 school year, please send them our way!

Please ensure that you make arrangements for your child/children for NEXT Thursday, May 25 – the last day of school. We will dismiss promptly at 11:00am – there will NOT be Yellow Bus service and lunch will NOT be served. Your child/children need to be accounted for at 11:00am when we dismiss.

School Office hours this summer will be as they have in the past: Monday – Thursday, 9:00am-12:00pm. If you call the office outside of these hours, please leave a message and we will get back to you ASAP – email may be the easiest way to reach someone – kmathis@saintmartin.org or jfightmaster@saintmartin.org.

I would like to thank our school staff who are not returning next year – Ms. Morrow, Mr. Zeiser, Mr. Lorenz, and Mrs. Obert have decided to move on to other schools and Mrs. Shukas is switching careers back to nursing. We thank all of them for their time, effort, and care for the children of St. Martin of Tours School.

I am not going to send a letter home next week with the end of the school year on Thursday. You will receive multiple reminders to help you remember to make arrangements for your child/children to be picked up at 11:00am on Thursday, May 25. I do hope and pray that you all have a fantastic and relaxing summer!

God Bless all of our 2023 Graduates! We wish you all the best as you move into High School!

Thank you for all you do!

Sincerely,

Mr. Jason Fightmaster

Principal

St. Martin of Tours School/St. Aloysius Gonzaga School
