Parish Life

Baptism Preparation -This class helps new parents and Godparents to be prepared to assist their child to live their Catholic faith.

Bereavement Committee-This group serves the needs of grieving families by assisting with funeral arrangements, planning funeral liturgies and providing a compassionate presence.

Bible Study Group-Weekly scripture study that offers the opportunity for discussion and deepening the appreciation of the Word of God.

Catholic Old Timers Softball (COTS) - A softball league that provides fun, recreation and socialization for men over 35 years of age.


Hospitality/Parish Life Committee-This group of dedicated volunteers plans, organizes and hosts our parish fellowships and celebrations.

Ministry to the Engaged-A select group of married couples trained in the FOCCUS (“Facilitate Open, Caring, Communication, Understanding and Study”) program who meet with the engaged couples being married at St. Martin of Tours Church to give witness to Catholic values in marriage.

 

Pastoral Council-This elected group of parish volunteers share in the decision making of our parish by assisting our Pastor in determining priorities and by providing communication, coordination and cooperation among the many ministries and organizations within our parish. 

Prayer Chain-This group of dedicated parishioners will take prayer requests and pray faithfully for those intentions.

Wedding Coordinators-This group assists couples in the planning and logistics of their nuptial Mass.
